Attributed as one of the most influential and valued guitarists of all time, Eric Clapton is also notable for being a great singer-songwriter. He’s the only three-time inductee to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame; as a prolific solo artist and separately as an excellent member of Yardsville and Cream. In 2003, Rolling Stone ranked him as second on their list of “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time” and fourth in Gibson’s “Top 50 Guitarists of All Time”. Clapton achieved a total of 17 Grammy Awards and gained a CBE award in 2004 at Buckingham Palace for his services to music. Clapton provided classic tunes you can hear even today’s generation were singing like the hit songs Wonderful Tonight, Tears in Heaven, Hello Friends and Gimme One Reason.
The rock band formed in 1989, The Wallflowers (originally known as The Apples) have won Grammy’s Best Rock Performance by a Duo/Group with Vocals and Best Rock Song for “One Headlight” in 1998. Bleeders, Invisible City and One Headlight are some of their hit songs in their album Bringing Down the Horse. The band was fronted by a terrific vocalist and guitarist Jakob Dylan, Rami Jaffee impressively plays the keyboard an also a vocalist, Greg Richling as bass guitarist (and vocals), Jack Irons is a great American musician who mainly handles the drums, the another great member is Stuart Mathis.
