Kevin Hart is an American actor, comedian, writer, and producer. Hart first decided to pursue a career in stand-up comedy in the 1990s, after performing at an amateur night in a Philadelphia club, which lead to him touring the circuit and winning several amateur comedy competitions at clubs throughout New England. His first big break came when he was cast in a recurring role in Judd Apatow's TV series Undeclared (2000). After the show was cancelled following its first season, Hart soon landed other movie roles, including Paper Soldiers (2002), Scary Movie 3 (2003), Soul Plane (2004), and Little Fockers (2010). Hart released his first stand-up album, I'm a Grown Little Man, in 2008, to widespread acclaim. Hart recently starred in the Sony reboot of the classic film Jumanji alongside Dwayne Johnson and Jack Black.
