Apart from various nominations from Grammy Awards, the American pop rock band, Maroon 5 also won as the Best New Artist in 2005, “This Love” (Live – Friday the 13^th) and “Makes Me Wonder” both pulled off the Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals in 2006 and 2008 respectively. The band has triumphed in several other awards from different organizations in early years. This 2012, they obtained Favorite Band from Peoples Choice Awards and International Song of the Year from Gaon Chart K-pop Awards. Their lead single “Payphone” from their fourth studio album Overexposed gained the Choice Break Up Song by Teen Choice Awards and the American Music Award honoured them as the Favorite Pop/Rock Band. Owl City gained tremendous popularity with their major label debut album “Ocean Eyes which was certified Platinum in the United States in April 2010. The album included their quadruple-platinum hit single, “Fireflies”. They have released another two studio album which was “All Things Bright and Beautiful” followed by “The Midsummer Station”. Neon Trees’ first single “Animal” soared as they reached No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 on on the Alternative Rock Chart.
