Hailing from California, The Doobie Brothers made their impactful influence on music history with a whopping forty million records sold worldwide! Together they have crafted their instantly recognisable sound and worked together to spread their music to a wide audience across the globe. The current line-up includes; founding members Tom Johnston (guitars, vocals) and Patrick Simmons (guitars, vocals), veteran member Michael McDonald (keyboards, vocals), longtime member John McFee (guitars, pedal steel, violin, backing vocals), and touring musicians including John Cowan (bass, vocals), Bill Payne (keyboards), Marc Russo (saxophones), Ed Toth (drums), and Marc Quiñones (percussion).

As The Doobie Brothers remained successful throughout all of the historical eras in music, their soundscape developed and changed to suit the times, from their 1970's rock and roll sound, with hints of folk, country and even R&B towards a more soulful sound during the 1980's. With many years under their belts as one of the most hard working bands around, they took a semi break from music and formed once again for a full power reunion in 2019 to mark fifty years in their career!
